We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in driving all aspects of our recruitment, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Proactively address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.

Culture:

• Champion company values and contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong company culture.
• Organize and participate in company-wide events and celebrations.
• Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee onboarding and training programs.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
